Player funds held in your 2 jbet account balance are maintained separately from operational funds. In the event of a dispute, your deposited funds are protected. 2 jbet does not use player balances for any operational purpose.
2 jbet offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
New players at 2 jbet are eligible for a 100% match deposit welcome bonus up to Rs 25,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount and expires 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirement is not completed within that period.
2 jbet monitors bonus activity across all accounts and takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. Patterns indicating systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or coordinated group abuse — will result in immediate suspension and full forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
Note: 2 jbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice via the platform.
All bets placed on 2 jbet are subject to acceptance by the platform. 2 jbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is shown on your screen.
Bets confirmed and accepted by 2 jbet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where a Cash Out function is available and exercised before settlement. Any request to cancel a bet after confirmation will not be processed.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the PCB for Pakistan cricket, the PSL for franchise T20 matches, ICC for international events). Settlement is typically completed within 30 minutes of the official result confirmation. If a result is later revised by the governing body, 2 jbet will re-settle affected bets accordingly.
For T20 and ODI cricket matches: if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed for a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result to be applicable, all match-result bets are voided and stakes returned. If a DLS result is officially declared, match result bets stand. For Test cricket, draw is a valid result where the draw market is offered. Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, a data feed failure, or a human input error — 2 jbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Knowingly exploiting obvious pricing errors is prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.
All games available on 2 jbet — including crash games, Ludo, fishing games, and any other title in the games library — are operated using certified random number generation systems. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or external party.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2 jbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

During a suspension, the player will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or other material breaches of these Terms, 2 jbet reserves the right to forfeit the player's entire account balance — including both deposited funds and winnings. Where forfeiture involves deposited funds, it will only be applied in cases where the player has engaged in deliberate fraud or wilful violation of these Terms. Any forfeiture decision can be appealed by contacting support within 14 days.
Players wishing to close their 2 jbet account voluntarily should contact support at support@2jbet.im. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons can request a permanent self-exclusion that prevents re-registration.
